By accessing, registering, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Scope of Services
Rooms & Plates provides a digital hospitality supplier and service directory, allowing businesses to publish profiles, offers, and listings related to the hospitality industry, including but not limited to:
• Hospitality suppliers and service providers
• Equipment, food, beverage, and operational solutions
• Professional services for hotels, restaurants, and tourism businesses
Rooms & Plates solely acts as a directory and platform provider and is not a broker, agent, or contracting party to any transaction or business relationship between users.
Conclusion of Contract
By completing the registration process and/or submitting a business listing or profile, users enter into a contract with Rooms & Plates for the use of the platform in accordance with these Terms.
Services Offered
Users may create and publish listings or business profiles in different categories.
During the launch phase:
• Standard supplier and directory listings may be offered free of charge.
Rooms & Plates reserves the right to introduce additional paid services in the future, including but not limited to:
• Featured or premium directory placements
• Promotional packages for suppliers
• Banner advertising, partner placements, or category sponsorships
• Custom visibility campaigns or design services
The scope of services available at any given time will be clearly defined and published on the platform.
User Obligations
Users are responsible for:
• Providing truthful and complete information
• Ensuring that uploaded content does not infringe third-party rights or violate laws
• Maintaining confidentiality of login data
Rooms & Plates reserves the right to remove listings or content that violate these obligations.
Fees and Payment Terms
During the launch phase, standard directory listings may be free of charge.
Rooms & Plates reserves the right to introduce fees for additional services in the future. These may include, but are not limited to:
• Premium supplier profiles
• Featured placements and advertising packages
• Partner promotions or sponsored visibility
• Subscription-based business listings
Any fees will be clearly communicated before activation, and no charges will apply without prior notice or confirmation by the user.
Duration and Termination
The user relationship begins upon registration and continues indefinitely unless terminated.
Users may delete their account at any time. Rooms & Plates reserves the right to terminate accounts or remove listings in case of violations of these Terms.
Liability and Warranty
Rooms & Plates does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.
Rooms & Plates does not verify the accuracy, legality, or validity of user content, listings, or offers. Users are solely responsible for their published information.
Liability for user-generated content or third-party transactions is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All platform content, trademarks, logos, and design elements are protected by intellectual property rights.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit platform content without prior written permission.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
If you are a consumer within the EU, this does not limit any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
Rooms & Plates is primarily intended for business users within the hospitality industry (B2B).
Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform:

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
Changes to the Terms
Rooms & Plates reserves the right to change these Terms at any time.
Users will be informed in advance of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
